
The Secretary General of the Syndicate Committee for the Workers in Suez Cement Company Samir Abouda announced that work resumed in all of the company's sectors.
Work resumption came after the security leaderships and the General Syndicate of Construction and Wood Industries Workers intervened.
A meeting will be held on Sunday with the company's administration to discuss implementing the demands of workers according to the agreement signed concerning the profits.
In press statements on Thursday, head of the General Syndicate of Construction and Wood Industries Workers Abdel Moniem el Gamal said that ending strike by the workers and resuming work show that the workers are keen on achieving the welfare of the company.
A consultation session will be held on Sunday between representatives of the general syndicate, the Ministry of Manpower as well as Suez Cement Company, he noted.
