Saudi CPC acquires Egypt’s Sphinx glass company for EGP 816M
Egypt’s Sphinx glass company

Construction Products Holding Company (CPC), part of the Saudi Binladin Group, signed a contract on Tuesday to acquire 100% shares of Egypt’s Sphinx Glass company for 816 million pounds.
The two companies held a press conference on Tuesday to announce the acquisition.
The deal is totally estimated at 1.3 billion pounds before excluding debts and liabilities which will be incurred by the Saudi company.
