Qihoo 360 expands presence in internet finance

Chinese Internet security firm Qihoo 360 has launched its own stock market index.
The 360 Internet Plus Index is a collaboration among Dacheng Fund and the China Securities Index.
It will compile data gathered from the company's search engines, browsers and phone apps.
Close to one-third of the stocks tracked by the index are listed on the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Board.
Another one-third are on the ChiNext Index.
The rest are listed on China's two main boards.
In making the announcement, Qihoo 360 is also launching a new wealth management website called Nicaifu.
