Qatar Petroleum's board restructured

Qatar Petroleum issued Monday a decision restructuring Board of Directors of Industries Qatar (IQ) listed in Qatar Exchange in accordance to amended Article 22 of the Statute of Industries Qatar.
Under the decision, Engineer Saad Sharida Al Ka'abi has become a Board Chairman and Mohamed Nasser Al Hajri was appointed Deputy Chairman.
Based on the decision, Abdul Aziz Mohammed Al Mana ,Dr. Mohammed Yousef Al-Mulla ,Khalifa Abdullah Al Suwaidi , Nasser Jaham Al Kuwari and Ali Bin Hassan Al Muraikhi as members.
