Protiviti, a global consulting firm, has been named one of the global 2014 ‘Best Firms to Work For’ by Consulting magazine.
This award recognizes consulting firms which rank highly across several categories, including client engagement, firm culture, firm leadership, career development, work/life balance, and compensation and benefits. Of the more than 350 consulting firms whose employees participated in the global survey, only 15 made the new ‘Best Firms to Work For’ list.
"We are extremely proud to be included in this exclusive list of consulting firms," said Joseph Tarantino, president and CEO of Protiviti. "Consulting magazine’s recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to ensuring that Protiviti is a great place to work for our people while also delivering an exceptional client experience."
Scott Redfearn, Protiviti’s executive vice president of HR, said: "I believe our continuing efforts to offer our employees opportunities to make a difference in our clients’ success, and benefits that include professional development, mentoring, sabbaticals and meaningful incentive compensation, are some of the reasons why we’re being honored. Being recognized as a ‘Best Firm to Work For’ reinforces the distinct culture at Protiviti – our people collaborating with each other to do great work with our clients and in our communities."
Additionally, Protiviti was ranked third in the survey break-out category ‘Best Firms to Work For by Service Line – Financial Advisory Services.’ Protiviti has been recognized in this category in past editions of the Best Firms list.
"Every year, the ‘Best Firms to Work For’ gets more competitive, and this year was no exception," said Joseph Kornik, publisher and editor-in-chief of Consulting magazine. "With more than 350 firms participating in the survey, there's simply no doubt this year's winners are the elite consulting firms of the profession."
