Nokia :will delist from German stock exchange

Finland's Nokia, the world's beleaguered top mobile phone maker, announced on Thursday that it planned to delist from the German stock exchange next year. "Nokia's trading volumes on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange have decreased during the years and currently represent only a small percentage of the total global trading volumes of the Nokia share," the company said in a statement. Nokia said that subject to approval, it expects to end trading during the first half of 2012. The company delisted from stock exchanges in London, Paris and Stockholm in 2003, 2004 and 2007 respectively.
