Nokia Q2 net loss deepen 4-fold to 1.41 bn

Nokia posted a deep second quarter net loss Thursday of 1.41 billion euros ($1.74 billion), four times more than during the same period a year earlier and more than double the loss expected by analysts. The Finnish company, which is struggling with an extensive restructuring, acknowledged that the three-month period, which also saw sales plunge by 19 percent year-on-year, had been "a difficult quarter".
