
The Bahrain-based Schmidt Middle East Logistics Company's CEO Wolfgang Hoppmann said that the company laid down the foundation stone for its $ 30 million project in cooperation with NOGA Holding.
Dr. Hoppmann said the project will be completed within 15 months. Schmidt owns 51% of the project and 49% is owned by NOGA. The total storage capacity will be 30,000 metric tonnes. The project is expected to provide 20 to 30 job opportunities for Bahrainis.
NOGA Holding's CEO Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa told the press conference that the project comes in cooperation with the Economic Development Board (EDB).
