New criminal case instituted against Oboronservis

A criminal case on evasion of customs fees on the import of armoured vehicles was instituted against Russian Defense Ministry’s property services holding company Oboronservis, the Investigative Committee told Itar-Tass on Wednesday. Investigators found out that in 2011-2012 Oboronservis concluded two contracts with the Defence Ministry on the import of 264 armoured vehicles made by Italy’s IVECO. False declarations resulted in 320 million roubles of underpaid customs fees.
