
National Water Company will start, as of next March, the implementation of the second and third phases of SR 800 projects for strategic water storage in Jeddah province, with a capacity of storage of two million cubic meters. This came within the Company's endeavors to speed up the completion of its 18 months strategic plan to provide a strategic water storage with a capacity of (six) million cubic meters. The project is the first of its kind in the city of Jeddah to meet the growing demand for water and to find radical solutions to the challenges of the services of water sector and the environmental treatment in confirmation of vision of the Kingdom's leadership relating to water security and provision of better water services for citizens and residents.
