The Egyptian Junior Business Association (EJB) is preparing for an official visit to Ukraine to build relations with Ukrainian companies, EJB's Industry Committee Deputy Head Sherif Abdel Moteleb said Thursday.
In statements, Abdel Moteleb said the visit, the first of its kind by the EJB, will also help build partnerships between EJB member companies, on the one hand, and Ukrainian companies, on the other.
The partnership would render Ukraine an economic partner for Egypt in East Africa, he added.
Talks are underway with Ukrainian officials to discuss cooperation in the fields of industry, agriculture and services, he said, voicing belief that such steps would increase the volume of trade exchange between Egypt and Ukraine.
