The US Dome Technology Company will take part in the international logistics center for grains that will be established this month in Damietta.
The US company offered to build a number of hi-tech domes for grain storage at a cost of 30,000 to 70,000 pounds each. Each dome will be 36 to 38 meter high with a radius of 72 meter, said Supply Minister Khaled Hefni.
Hefni made the statements during a meeting with the deputy chairman of the US Dome company and a host of consultants for the center project.
The project includes the establishment of storage silos and domes in three areas in addition to five investment areas.
He unveiled that many international companies and investors seek to pump money into the logistics center project.
