
Changan Suzuki Automobile Co., Ltd., a joint venture between China's Changan Automobile Group and Suzuki, will recall more than 360,000 cars in China due to fuel hose defects, consumer quality authorities said Friday. The recall involves 108,603 Swift-model vehicles and 110,555 Antelope-model vehicles manufactured between Nov. 1, 2009 and Feb. 29, 2012, as well as 146,348 Tianyu-model vehicles produced between Nov.1, 2009 and Jan. 31, 2012, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine said in a statement. The Chongqing-based company will offer free replacements for the defective fuel hoses, according to the statement.
