Bloom Properties, a Bloom Holding subsidiary specialised in the development of sustainable and integrated communities, has announced its latest project, Soho Square, a mixed-use urban development that encompasses residential, retail and commercial space on Saadiyat Island, at Cityscape Global 2015, currently underway at Dubai World Trade Centre.
Set to take shape in the university neighbourhood of Saadiyat Island, next to the New York University Abu Dhabi campus, the development will feature 302 high-end residences ranging from studio to three-bedroom apartments, townhouses and penthouse.
Soho Square is the second mixed-use development by Bloom Properties in the prime location of Saadiyat Island. In April 2015, as part of its participation in Cityscape Abu Dhabi, Bloom launched its Park View mixed-use development that comprises two buildings, a residential tower and a hotel.
Sameh Muhtadi, CEO of Bloom Holding, said, "Following the massively successful launch of Park View at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2015, Bloom Properties has received strong interest from investors keen to own a piece of this lucrative investment due to its attractive rental yields and location advantages, in the vicinity of New York University Abu Dhabi campus and within proximity of the cultural centre of Abu Dhabi with its museums. As Park View was fully sold out within days of its launch, Bloom Properties has decided to offer our valued investors another world-class mixed-used development that ensures the same location benefits and high potential returns on investment."
