Another McDonald’s restaurant was closed on Tuesday in the vicinity of Moscow.
The city court in the town of Serpukhov some 100km south from Moscow ruled to close a McDonald’s outlet located in Borisovskoye highway at the request from Russia’s consumer rights watchdog (Rospotrebnadzor).
“I was told that the court suspended the restaurant’s work for 90 days,” Maxim Titarenko, a restaurant representative, told ITAR-TASS.
This is the fourth McDonald’s outlet closed in Moscow over breaches of sanitary rules. Previously, Moscow courts ordered a 90-day closure of outlets near Pushkinskaya metro station, in Manezhnaya Square, and in Prospect Mira Avenue.
