
The Bahrain Investors Centre issued a statistical report in which it announced that 27 new companies had been registered with total capital of BD 2.72 million in the pas week (September 20-26).
The Centre explained that 20 limited liability companies (LLC) with a total capital of BD 1.97 million in addition to 7 single-person (SPC) companies with total capital of BD 700,000, as well as one closed company namely the Kuwait-Delmon Fund with a capital of BD 1,000 wholly (100%) owned by the Kuwaiti Investment Authority have been registered.
The Kuwait-Delmon Fund specialises on issuance of investment funds.
The statistics indicated that 7 real estate development companies with a total capital of BD 1.52 million namely: Al-Ahabbamy Real Estate, Ahmed Amara Real Estate, Awad Real Estate, Diamond Ertikaz Real Estate, MMA Properties, Habibco Real Etate and Sama's Real Estate were registered at the Investors Centre.
Also, several companies operating on the field of importation, exportation, consultancy, adverstising and promotion, etc. have been registered by the Investors Centre.
