
Ukrainian companies have an opportunity to boost investments in Egypt, especially in free trade zones, the Ukrainian envoy in Cairo said Wednesday.
In statements to MENA, Ambassador Gennady Latte said he had recently held talks with Egyptian Investment Minister Ashraf Salman on means of enhancing bilateral cooperation in the investment domain.
He noted that Egypt is interested in fostering cooperation in the tourism domain.
Latte noted that he had recent talks with Egypt's Assistant Foreign Minister Hossam Zaki on political issues concerning international organizations.
Latte underscored the importance of holding joint political talks and the convocation of the joint committee as soon as possible.
