An employer in New York gives an extra 15 percent bonus to his employees who tattoo the company logo on their body. Owner of the Rapid Realty real estate firm Anthony Lolli and employees who tattooed the company logo answered the questions of Anadolu Agency. Lolli stated that the implementation began as a "coincident" with the bonus he gave to Adam Altman, an employee who tattooed the company logo on his own will, as a gesture. Today 48 employees out of 800 have a tattoo of their company on their body as a result of the implementation that drew great attention of the company workers and the media. "Employees, who love their job and the company, join the tattoo frenzy. Our employees consider the tattoo as a symbol of commitment towards their company," Lolli noted. Lolli added that if the number of employees tattooed with company logo reached 100, he would get a tattoo himself as well. Joseph Tighe, real estate sales representative, stated that he felt more committed to his job and the tattoo implementation enhanced team spirit. "It has been a very positive experience from my perspective. My colleagues also think just like me. I don't regret it," Tighe added.
