South Korean businesses feel the country's regulatory filing regime is overly complicated and encourages duplication that hinders work, a poll showed Tuesday.
According to the poll carried out on 727 listed companies for the Federation of Korean Industries (FKI) in July, 72.9 percent of respondents said the current reporting system is complicated, with only 27.1 percent saying it is appropriate.
