Sisi approves loan agreement with Russia to finance Egypt's nuclear plant

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decree approving a 25-billion-dollar loan agreement between Egypt and Russia.
The loan will finance building a nuclear power plant in Egypt.
The decree was published in the Gazette on Thursday.
