Russia-US trade hits all-time high

The Russia-US trade turnover has hit an all-time high by making up 42.9 billion dollars per year. This came in a statement by the US Ambassador to Moscow Michael McFaul. He referred to the figures that had been released by the US Department of Commerce, Russian news Agency (Itar-Tass) reported. The Ambassador said he was certain that once Russia acceded to the WTO, Russia s trade with the rest of the world would inevitably grow. Ambassador McFaul hopes that US companies involvement will prove helpful in making this happen.
