MENA Board Chairman and Editor-in-Chief Alaa Haidar on Monday proposed carrying out three projects between Egypt and China within the framework of cooperation between the two countries ahead of the anticipated visit to Egypt by Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Addressing the Arab-China media conference in Cairo, held under the auspices of the head of national media office at the China State Council (Minister of Information) and the Chinese ambassador to Egypt, he praised cooperation between the two countries.
He said that one of the projects would deal with establishing a technology center on the Suez Canal development corridor while the second and the third would deal with establishing a faculty for information and another one for new and renewable energy.
