
Nikola Gruevski, Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia, has called on UAE businessmen, investors and companies to enhance their investments in his country, especially in the field of infrastructure, energy sectors, tourism, agriculture, industry and education.
Mr. Gruevski said that his government is working to provide all facilities that will enable success for UAE investments in Macedonia, pointing out that his government offers great facilities to encourage companies and foreign investors to invest in Macedonia.
During his meeting with Ibrahim Al Mahmoud, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chamber, the Macedonian Prime Minister the said that the time is very suitable for UAE companies and institutions to invest and take advantage of opportunities and facilities offered by his government to foreign investors and companies.
Ibrahim Al Mahmoud stressed the importance of developing economic and investment cooperation relations between companies and institutions operating in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the Republic of Macedonia.
He said that the Abu Dhabi Chamber, out of its keenness to enhance these relations, is planning to send a business delegation representing various economic figures and representatives of commercial, industrial and service sectors in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to visit the Republic of Macedonia in order to gain knowledge about the investment climate and opportunities and work to strengthen the partnership and cooperation between public and private companies and institutions in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the Republic of Macedonia.
The meeting was attended by Vladimir Peshevski, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs of Macedonia, Dalal Al Qubaisi, Jamal Al Nuaimi, Sanad Al Muqbali, Yusuf Ali Hamed Al Shaar, Ibrahim Al Khaja, members of the Board of Directors of the Chamber, and Mohammed Hilal Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber .
