
Means to boost bilateral economic and trade ties were the focus of talks held on Wednesday between Kuwait's ambassador to Cambodia Dhrar Al-Tuwaijri and Cambodian Commerce Minister Sun Chanthol.
The meeting addressed the positive results of Chanthol's visit to Kuwait last November and his meeting with His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce and Industry Abdulmohsen Al-Madaj, Al-Tuwaijri told KUNA by phone.
He added that the Cambodian side is optimistic about enhancing bilateral economic ties with Kuwait.
Meanwhile, the embassy held a music concert last night performed by Kuwait's Higher Institute for Musical Arts Troupe offered. It was organized in cooperation with the Cambodian Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts.
The concert, held on the 21st anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries and the forthcoming Kuwait's National and Liberation Days, was attended by Cambodian ministers and senior officials.
