
Egyptian exports to the UK reached ₤290 million in the period from January to April 2015, according to statistics which are similar to the same period last year, MENA learned.
The imports receded by nine percent from the beginning of this year to April, to hit ₤289 million, compared to ₤317 million in the same period in 2014.
Egypt ranked seventh among the most exporting countries to Britain from the Middle East and North Africa region, preceded by Qatar, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Israel and Kuwait.
Meantime, it came fifth in the list of importing countries from UK, after the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Israel.
