Domestic smartphones take 70% Chinese market share

China's domestically produced smartphones conquered more than 70 percent of the market by the end of June, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
At a press conference in Beijing, the ministry elaborated on the development of China's communication industry in the first half of 2015.
The ministry also promised to speed up improvements to the broadband network and reduce fees in the second half of 2015.
