
The Czech Republic is keen on attending the Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) on March 13-15, said Veronika Kuchynova Smigolova, the Czech Ambassador in Cairo.
The EEDC is an important step on the road for boosting economic development in Egypt and achieving prosperity, Smigolova told MENA Wednesday.
She said that Deputy Minister of Industry and Commerce Eduard Mu?ick? will lead the Czech delegation to the conference.
Smigolova said she will also attend the conference together with the commercial advisor at the Czech Embassy.
She said that an Egas factory will be inaugurated Thursday in the industrial zone in the 6th of October City, noting that it is the biggest Czech investment in Egypt worth about 100 million dollars.
