Cabinet allows housing ministry to contact Chinese companies

The Cabinet gave on Tuesday the Housing Ministry the green light to contact Chinese companies over the new administrative capital.
The final contracts will be signed by an Egyptian company to be established soon.
At least 85 percent of the project's staff should be Egyptians, the cabinet said.
