
Industry and Commerce Minister Dr. Hassan Abdulla Fakhro met Thai Commerce Ministry Advisor Pear Dechabenjarat and Renewal Energy Expert Hans Pfister.
During the meeting, Dr. Fakhro welcomed Ms. Pear, hailing mutual relations and economic cooperation between the two kingdoms, which cover today various commercial and industrial areas, especially food security, considered in Bahrain among top priorities.
The minister pointed out the visit of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa to Thailand, stressing its deep impact on bilateral relations, in addition to the visits of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa.
On her part, Ms. Pear Dechabenjarat commended the Government of Bahrain for all the efforts which contributed significantly to enhancing economic relations between the two countries. She affirmed the efforts of the Thai Ministry of Commerce to bolster cooperation and coordination with all relevant sides in Bahrain, including the Ministry of Industry and Commerce so as to reach common goals.
