Bahrain, China explore oil investments

Minister of Energy, Dr. Abdulhussain bin Ali Mirza, today received a high-level Chinese delegation of oil, gas and petrochemicals companies and organizations.
Energy Minister commended the solid bilateral relations and cooperation, stressing benefiting from Chinese expertise in developing the energy sector in Bahrain
He welcomed boosting cooperation in the area of petrochemical industries and enhancing information about training programmes and investment opportunities offered by both countries' petrochemical institutions.
The Chinese delegation reviewed investment opportunities and aspects of cooperation between the two countries.
The delegation praised the minister's efforts in promoting joint investments that contribute to the diversification of sources of income of the Kingdom of Bahrain, wishing Bahrain further progress and prosperity.
