
A prominent business delegation from the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), presided over by Chairman Khaled Al Moayyed, has headed to France this morning to participate in the Arab-French Economic Forum held at the headquarters of Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry – France (CCIP). The forum, titled "Strategic Partnership", aims to strengthen economic ties and increase trade volume between friendly countries. In this regard, Mr. Al Moayyed said "the trade volume between Bahrain and France is about USD 201.2 million according to the most recent statistics of Bahrain CIO, yet we are aiming to boost this figure and reap fruits for both sides". On the sidelines of the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding between will be signed between BCCI and CCIP. The delegation will also participate in other business events and meetings with their French counterparts.
