
The average monthly net salary in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) in September 2014 amounted to 422 euros (about 528 U.S. dollars), which represented the nominal decrease of 1.4 percent compared to December 2013.
According to the data of the Agency for Statistics of BiH, the average monthly net salary for September 2014 compared to the same month last year remained the same.
The lowest average net salary of 269 euros was in the sector of hotel management and catering, while the biggest average net salary was in the financial and insurance services, 676.95 euros.
The average net salary in electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply was 670.8 euros, and the information and communication sector 629.4 euros.
While the average net salary in construction industry was 272 euros, manufacturing sector 298 euros. (1 euro = 1.25 U.S. dollars)
