Tunisian Prime Minister Mehdi Jomaa’s visit to France aims to boost bilateral relations in the economic, political and security fields especially in combating terrorism, his media adviser Mofdi Mseddi told MENA on Monday.
Terrorism is joint threat to Tunisia and France, especially the terrorism in Libya which shares the borders with Tunisia, Mseddi told MENA correspondent.
During the visit, the prime minister urged France to support the Tunisian economy via investing in the country.
The prime minister has also thanked Francophone organizations for contributing in finalizing the transitional process in Tunisia via sending delegates to monitor the presidential and parliamentary elections.
