South Sinai Governor Khaled Fouda and Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) Chief Commissioner Hani Mulki signed a twin-town agreement between Sharm El Sheikh and Aqaba.

The pair signed the agreement during the opening session of a forum on investment issues in the Arab world organized by the Federation of Arab Businessmen here.

Fouda underlined the importance of integration between the two cities, reassuring participants about the security situation in Sharm El Sheikh.

He invited the Aqaba authority chief and Aqaba governor to visit Sharm to discuss problems in the region and find swift solutions to them.

Sharm El Sheikh is willing to host the next round of the forum so that it takes place rotationally with Aqaba, he said.
