Qatari emir issues decree adopting Qatar general budget

the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani issued Monday the Emiri Decree No. (9) of the year 2013, endorsing the State’s general budget for the fiscal year 2013-2014.The decree is applicable as of the 1st of April, 2013
