NMA continues to back State efforts

Head of the National Media Authority (NMA) Hussein Zein stressed that the authority's sectors prepared the programs that will be broadcast on the 4th anniversary of June 30 Revolution to highlight the achievements of the Egyptian people and state after this great revolution.
In a statement on Thursday, Zein greeted President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and the Egyptians on the occasion of the revolution's anniversary which ended the rule of the powers of ignorance, backwardness and terrorism.
On that day, Egyptians took to the streets to rebuff that a certain group would control their destiny, the statement read.
The army and police protected the will of the Egyptians and put Egypt on the right track to achieve development and stability, it added. 
The NMA is working on restoring the previous status of the national media as being characterized with professionalism and responsible freedom.
The authority exerts its utmost effort to provide a media based on the values of citizenship and acceptance of the other, he added .
Such responsible media will back the state efforts to achieve development and stability and overcome extremist ideologies aiming at destabilizing homeland and criticizing national mega projects, the statement concluded.
