H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai International Financial Centre, DIFC, has issued a decision restructuring the Board of Directors of the Dubai Financial Services Authority, DFSA.
The decision stipulated that the Board of Directors will be set up under the Chairmanship of Saeb Eigner and with the membership of Fadel Abdulbaqi Al Ali, Abdul Wahid Al Ulama, Apurv Bagri, Robert L. Clarke, Lord Currie of Marylebone, Charles Flint QC, Robert Owen, and Dr. J. Andrew Spindler.
