Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab will attend on Tuesday signing ceremony of a number of UAE developing projects in Egypt.

The ceremony will be also attended by UAE State Minister Sultan al Jaber, Education Minister Moheb el Rafie, Health Minister Adel el Adawi, Finance Minister Hany Qadry, Cairo Governor Galal Said, UAE Ambassador in Cairo Mohammed Bin Nakhira al Dhaheri.

Earlier, Jaber said the Egyptian-Emarati ties are based on solid foundations established by the state founder Zayed bin Sultan al Nahyan and has evolved over time to become one of the most important bilateral relations between the UAE and other countries.

In a meeting with chief editors of the
Egyptian and UAE newspapers and the Middle East News Agency, al Jaber added that the bilateral relations continued to grow under UAE President Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Al Jaber also hailed the new Suez Canal as a major contributor to global trade and economy. He also congratulated the Egyptian people and leadership on the opening of the canal, slated for Thursday.
