Jordanian Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour lauded here Monday the Kuwaiti continuous gestures of support to the people of Jordan. This came during Ensour's meeting with visiting Kuwaiti Minister of Commerce and Industry Anas Al-Saleh. Ensour said that Kuwait was amongst the first GCC nations to contribute to the five-year USD five billion grant to Jordan, noting that his country would use the sum in development. In regards to bilateral ties, the Jordanian official hoped that both nations would continue pursuing more cooperation in the future. On his part, Al-Saleh affirmed that Kuwait was eager to boost commercial exchange with the Kingdom of Jordan to achieve the common interest of both nations.
