The Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) will sponsor the Egyptian pavilion in the 35th session of Dubai GITEX 2015, to kick off on Sunday.

The Egyptian pavilion includes 25 companies specialized in information technology and communications and 25 Egyptian visitor exhibitors.

The exhibition will run till October 22.

Hussein Geritly, executive chairman of the agency, said the agency is keen to effectively take part in the fair, the most important event in the region that provides important opportunities for partnership and investment in the Gulf markets.

He added that certain criteria is considered by the ITIDA when chosing the exhibitors, including their experience in the market, exporting capabilities as well as the size of participation in the agency's industrial development program.

The showcase will take place at the Sheikh Saeed Hall in Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center (DICEC).

GITEX is the third largest technology event in the world. Participation in this event gives you access to over 130,000+ technology professionals with real buying power.
