Industrial Modernisation Centre to finance stalled factories

Prime Minister Sherif Ismail on Sunday issued a decision to permit the Industrial Modernisation Centre of Egypt - established upon a presidential decree no. 477/2000 - to establish an organizational structure of the industrial modernisation program.
The organizational structure will be allowed to finance stalled factories.
