GAID starts extending facilities to Aswan industrial zone

The General Authority for Industrial Development (GAID) started Wednesday extending facilities to a new industrial zone in Sebaeya city in northern Aswan
The zone is planned to become a complex of phosphate industry in Egypt, said Aswan governor Moustafa Yousri
The new industrial zone will be established in Wadi Hilal over 5,115 feddans, Yousri said.
The aim of establishing that industrial zone is to limit imports of phosphate from foreign markets, the governor noted.
