First phase of expanding Faisal street complete Saturday

The first phase of expanding Giza’s Faisal Street will be complete on Saturday, Giza Governor Ali Abdel Rahman said.
The first phase covers the Mariotia to Tawabeq districts, the governor told MENA, adding that the expansion has become a dire need not just a luxury.
The whole development of Faisal Street will cost EGP 40 million, he said, adding that the road will be widened while sidewalks narrowed to allow it accommodate more traffic, especially with the operation of the fourth line metro in Al Haram district.
