Finance Ministry launches 2016-2017 Citizen’s Budget

The Ministry of Finance launched on Thursday the 2016-2017 Citizen’s Budget in tandem with the World Bank and the Egyptian Center for Public Policy Studies and the International Budget Partnership.
The Citizen's Budget aims at getting citizens and non-governmental organizations to participate in forging the priorities of the state's financial policy.
It also posts people in a simple language on the state's financial policy.
A workshop will be held later Thursday on the launch of the Citizen's Budget.
