Cairo - MENA

The Egyptian people expect an improvement in economic conditions during 2015, the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) revealed Saturday.
In its release of the consumer confidence index on the economic performance in January, the IDSC reported that 41.3 percent of the people surveyed said the positive outlook would be driven from new projects.
As many as 35.2 percent attributed the prospected improvement to the political stability, 12.3 percent to creating more job opportunities, while 11.5 said it would emerge because of the sense of responsibility toward the country and the need to exert more efforts.
The release pointed out to an increased consumer confidence by 5.8 percent to 134.2 points in October, compared to 126.9 in August.
