Egyptian cabinet reviews security, economic files

The cabinet held its weekly meeting here on Wednesday under Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab to probe a number of political, economic and social issues, mainly the security file.
The meeting covered the latest developments in the New Suez Canal project and a number of other issues, mainly the economy and the state budget.
