Bakri Gives Directive on Formation of Executive Mechanism for Conference for Rehabilitation and Development in Sudan

The First Vice - President of the Republic and Prime Minister, Lt. Gen. Bakri Hassan Salih, has called for formation of a national executive matrix to support the Conference for Rehabilitation and Development in Sudan and the initiative of the President of the Republic on Arab food security.
This came when he received in his office at the Council of Ministers Sunday the Arab League's Assistant Secretary General, Dr. Kamal Hassan Ali.
In a press statement, D. Ali said that the meeting has discussed the arrangements for holding the Conference for Rehabilitation and Development in Sudan in the final quarter of the current year 2017.
He referred to steps taken in the past period concerning the initiative of the President of the Republic on Arab food security, affirming that this initiative was welcomed by the Arab countries and leaders.
He affirmed the Arab League's commitment to implement the Arab summits' decisions on Sudan.
