 Counselor Magdy el-Agati, the deputy head of the State Council, belied reports attributed to him by Al-Shoroq newspaper which claimed that he said that the law on the Suez Canal Authority investment certificates was unconstitutional.
In statements Monday, Agati said he did not make statements to the newspaper.
He pointed out that the project will benefit Egypt and its people.
