Fifty-one ships transited the Suez Canal on Wednesday, with a total cargo of 3.400 million tons.
The south-bound convoy included 22 vessels carrying 1.700 million tons, while the north-bound convoy included 29 ships carrying 1.700 million tons, according to a statement issued by the Suez Canal Authority.
