Shu Uemura has announced the launch of the TSUYA skin youth infusing eye concentrate. Designed to target several signs of ageing around the eye, this holistic approach to eyes focuses on improving the appearance of dark circles, puffiness, fine-lines, wrinkles, eye bags and sagging. The concentrate is formulated with three key ingredients: rhamnose to improve elasticity of skin and target the look of fine lines and wrinkles, umaguri extract boosts micro-circulation to improve the appearance of dark circles and puffiness, and tripearl complex to smooth the skin surface, increase luminosity and retain moisture.
